Ingredients: organic apricot oil, organic shea butter, filtered water, magnesium chloride flakes, organic mango butter, organic beeswax, bergamot essential oil, lemon essential oil

How to use: Apply a pea-sized amount to the legs or belly 10 - 15 minutes before bedtime. Use slightly more for adults. Approximately 100 mg of magnesium per tsp.

*Magnesium may irritate broken skin - do not use it on cuts or open wounds. If you notice loose stools, use less.
