Gentle, nourishing magnesium lotion that supports restful sleep, relaxation, and muscle comfort for babies, kids, and adults of all ages.

Ingredients: kokum butter, vanilla beans, organic apricot oil, blueberry seed oil, organic beeswax, filtered water, magnesium chloride flakes

How to use: Apply a pea-sized amount to the legs or belly 10 - 15 minutes before bedtime. Use slightly more for adults. Approximately 100 mg of magnesium per tsp.

*Magnesium may irritate broken skin - do not use it on cuts or open wounds. If you notice loose stools, use less.
