Ingredients: filtered water, lavender essential oil, organic mango butter, magnesium chloride flakes, organic apricot oil, organic beeswax. 

How to use: Apply a pea-sized amount to the legs or belly 10 - 15 minutes before bedtime. Use slightly more for adults. Approximately 100 mg of magnesium per tsp.
